Scott R. Ward
After graduating from Milford High School in 1981, Scott had multiple jobs in the auto body business as a Corvette Specialist in Smyrna, Frederica and Milford.
In 1985 he had a life altering car crash that eventually led him to take the Real Estate courses, receiving his Delaware Real Estate license in 1989. After joining the family business, Scott then took classes and received his Delaware Insurance license in 1994, which he still maintains.
In 1995, Joe and Scott opened a modular home business and have built over 100 houses throughout Delaware with more to come. Scott has been extremely active state wide, serving as the Vice-Chair on the Governors Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities, past Treasurer of the Milford Kiwanis, and is currently on the board of directors at both KSI and the State of Delaware Architectural Accessibility Board.
He spends a majority of his time hunting, fishing, watching Nascar and taking care of rental properties.
