Joseph K. Larrimore

Joe was born in New York and moved to Delaware at an early age with his family. After attending various schools throughout the state, he graduated from Dover High School in 1959.

 

He was a Claims Representative for Allstate Insurance for 20 years before retiring and attending real estate classes.

 

Upon receiving his Broker License he opened Classic Realty in 1988. He has been active in the community through Kiwanis Club as a member and past President and Vice President, Second Street Players Theater Group on stage and behind the scenes, and the Mason Dixon Classic Car Club. He enjoys building and restoring old cars and flying his airplanes.




Angela K. Ward

Angela was born at Dover Air Force Base and graduated from Milford High School in 1979. She has been employed in sales and merchandising her entire career before taking real estate classes in 2000 and joining the family business as a realtor, foreclosure specialist, property manager and office manager. 

 

She has been active in the community through Kiwanis Club as a member, a liaison with the Milford High School Kiwanis Key Club, and past Vice President, volunteering at Milford Memorial Hospital, and serving as a Big Sister with the Big Brother/Big Sister Program. 




Scott R. Ward

After graduating from Milford High School in 1981, Scott had multiple jobs in the auto body business as a Corvette Specialist in Smyrna, Frederica and Milford.

 

In 1985 he had a life altering car crash that eventually led him to take the Real Estate courses, receiving his Delaware Real Estate license in 1989. After joining the family business, Scott then took classes and received his Delaware Insurance license in 1994, which he still maintains.

 

In 1995, Joe and Scott opened a modular home business and have built over 100 houses throughout Delaware with more to come.  Scott has been extremely active state wide, serving as the Vice-Chair on the Governors Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities, past Treasurer of the Milford Kiwanis, and is currently on the board of directors at both KSI and the State of Delaware Architectural Accessibility Board. 

 

He spends a majority of his time hunting, fishing, watching Nascar and taking care of rental properties.
